Como zoo

Number 4 on our fun days of summer list was a trip to Como Zoo. Daddy is gone this week and grandma is here to help out, so we thought it would be fun to take a trip to the zoo. We had a blast!! The kids really enjoyed seeing all of the animals. I think their favorite was the polar bear and the small monkeys. Grandma and I thought it was pretty cool to see a newborn bison. We were literally only a few minutes shy of seeing the birth. Of course, a trip to Como wouldn't be complete without a ride on the carousel, which the kids said was just like on Mary Poppins. Even though their horses never ran in a fox hunt, it was still a fabulous day!
